Cancellation:
To cancel your order, please contact HoneyPlayBox at info@honeyplaybox.com within 24 hours. Since orders are shipped on the same day, cancellation becomes challenging once processed. Please note that we do not process cancellations on weekends. If cancellation is not feasible, you may opt to decline the package upon delivery or follow our return policy. Refunds typically take 3-7 business days, depending on your bank’s transfer process.

Once your order has been processed and shipped:
If you still wish to cancel and return your purchase, you must wait for it to be shipped and then return it to us after receiving the package. Please ensure the item remains unopened in its original packaging. Email us at info@honeyplaybox.com with your return tracking number, and we will gladly assist you further.

Defective Products:

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
